‘Real Housewives of NYC’ gets an April premiere date

Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, LuAnn de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon, Sonja Morgan and newcomer Cindy Barshop will all be back for a new season after they were delayed while ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ premiered.
